So it is Sunday and we have been home now for a week. We are getting tired and kind of feeling like we are cooped up in the house. Kenyon has been out to the grocery store and to run some errands but I have not seen the light of day in a while. I think I am starting to go crazy. So, we have plans this week to go to school (after the kids leave of course) for some lunch with friends. Then, I think I might go downtown and do some fun shopping. That is, if I can manage breastfeeding beforehand and coming back in time for her next feeding. Not pumping yet makes it very difficult for me to go anywhere or do anything! We had our first blow out projectile vomit session. It was gross and scary at the same time. There was milk coming out of her nose and mouth and she literally blew it across at me covering my shirt, pants, blanket and boppy. I was scared to say the least and started yelling for Kenyon who was downstairs. He came running up and helped me change her. I was not amused. Needless to say, she was hungry an hour later and it was back to the milk factory for her! But now she has been asleep for 2 hours and we have some down time. I guess everything happens for a reason. Here is a picture of our sleeping beauty. She gets more and more pretty each day. We are still trying to figure out which features she gets from me and which ones are from Kenyon. Maybe you can tell us!

I'm sure that will be your first of many experiences of being puked on!
I think she is a good mix of the two of you!
She is beautiful. The perfect Christmas present!
I knew the puke would come! Eesh! Tell girlfriend I love her headband :)
Erin, it gets even better. Wait til she is a little older and eating REAL food and projectile vomits from the back seat of the car up to the windshield and dashboard! Kids are SO MUCH FUN! :-) ...
