What is this thing?

Kenyon and I went for a walk with Maeve after we had dinner tonight. I picked up a "flower" and gave it to her. She held onto it for dear life- she LOVED it! But the minute it started to fall apart in the wind....she didn't know what to do with it. She actually started to get upset until we laughed about it with her. Then, she thought it was funny too! We love seeing the world through her eyes. It truly is a blessing.

Her New Play House!

Our new next door neighbors were so kind to give us their play house! Their kids have grown and so they came by and asked us if we wanted to take it for Maeve. She scrubbed it and cleaned it out and they carried it over that day. Maeve is loving it! Check out the two videos and the pictures of how much she loves playing with her "sink."

Maeve has been saying so much lately! In this episode of Maeve Says It All, she says, "There she is!, Eyes, Where'd she go", and my personal favorite, "Mama." Try to listen carefully because she says these things but it does not have perfect enunciation. Have fun watching!

We had a long day going to Aunt Ruth's house with Grandma and Pop Pop. Since she refused to sleep on the way back to Pop Pop's, this is what happenend when I took her home later that day. She put her lovey on her head, said, "Mama, hat" and zonked out!

Visit with Grammy, Bup and Mimi

Grammy, Bup and Mimi came to visit us on Saturday. We had so much fun just hanging out playing with my toys. They even brought me some more toys!!! I got a babydoll from Grammy, along with some blocks for building! Bup gave me some very special golf clubs that I have already used numerous times. I love it when they come to visit because they always play with me. Hopefully, they will come back soon!!

Princeton, NJ

We went to Princeton today to meet up with Aunt Colleen, Victor and their friend, Ben. We had a great time in the 65 degree weather at the fountain! Maeve enjoyed running around and the people loved watching her put on a show. Daddy had a hard time keeping her away from the steps that led straight into the water!

We have a lot more to do but the paint is dry and the curtains are up! Kenyon is putting a chair rail in between the two colors. The furniture is all ordered and should be here right after Easter. I am now 7 months pregnant and before we know it, we are going to have another little girl in this house!
