Daddy's Day with Maeve

Maeve and Daddy went to a farm where Maeve got to see lots of animals! She saw goats, sheep, cats and dogs. She also road on a tractor (her size). They had such a good time that Maeve talked about "goats" for days! Kenyon also went the one day they sheared the sheep. Maeve came home with some wool and constantly talked about the "Sheep cut."
In this video, she is upset because she thinks the cat fell down. You will hear her say "Oh no.....down." Listen carefully!

36 weeks

I have no pictures of my belly just yet but wanted to update everyone on what the doc said. The baby is head down and ready to go! He didn't do an internal exam (they do one next week). I have been having horrible horrible horrible (get the point?) sciatic nerve pain. Nothing much I can do he said- we just need this baby to come out!

Maeve is almost 18 months and boy has she been testing us! Besides the fact that she is so anti-crib for her naps right now, she is also throwing some major temper tantrums. We try to ignore her and eventually she comes around and just wants to be loved after she is done screaming at us. She is hilarious though! She is always making Kenyon and me laugh. She speaks in whole sentences at times now. It is kind of scary! She says, "Mommy, sit down please." "I get it." "I hold please." There are more but I am blanking out at the moment. Recently, she has been sitting in her baby's bassinet and fake crying. Oh boy. We better keep her away from the REAL baby that will be here soon!

Sesame Place

We went to Sesame Place with Payton. The kids had a blast but come to think of it, the moms might have had an even better time! Enjoy the pictures!

Playing in the tidal wave pool. It was shallow enough for her to walk around and me not have to worry about it too much. She loved it! She got a massive amount of water in her face but she kept going back for more!



Taking a picture with Big Bird. She would not stop hugging him. It was awesome. I had to take her away from him kicking and screaming- she just wanted to be near him!


She so needed a nap!

Watching Elmo's World LIVE. She sat there the whole time yelling, "hi! hi!" She LOVED him and cried when it was over.

Our New Car!

We got a new family car! I am so excited. We were hemming and hawing between an SUV and minivan and this SUV won out! It can fit three carseats in the back (so they say). Yay for us!

34 Weeks!

I had Maeve at 38 weeks. So, if this little girl is the same, we only have about a month left! OMG!

Maeve loves the rain. Mommy might go crazy sitting in the house all day with her but for Maeve, more rain=more puddles! Check out how much she loved playing in the puddles today!
