Happy Halloween!

We had a great time trick or treating with the kids! Maeve could have kept going all night. Cara on the other hand did not want to continue! We were out for about 45 minutes or so. She loved it when then kids came to the door! She kept asking, who is coming next mommy? Bobbing for apples was interesting. She liked licking the water instead of trying to get the apples!

Who would of thunk it?

As my Dad says, who would of thunk it? We wanted to go to a pumpkin patch around the corner and we ended up finding animals, corn mazes, hay rides and more! Maeve got to see a sheep, chickens, goats, and donkeys! She also went into the very muddy pumpkin patch and picked some pumpkins to take home (although we traded them in for some painted Thomas pumpkins). It was an unexpected adventure with Pop Pop that turned into a lot of fun!

Syracuse, NY

We had such a wonderful time in Syracuse visiting Rick, Dawn and the kids. Maeve and Katie got along very well! Katie is SO great with Cara too. Dawn cooked some damn good meals for us (I think I gained ten pounds in one weekend)! Here are just some pictures of the girls. The full album is on facebook.
