37 weeks and moving right along!

I went to the doctor today and things are just peachy, but not much happening in the labor department! The doc informed me that they do not do internals now because "it could happen anyday" so they don't need to check me until later on. UGH! I was wishing she told me, "Holy Cow! This baby is coming this week!" LOL. Oh, if it were only that easy. The strep B test came back and I am negative so there are no antibiotics for me come delivery! My back is killing me and I am tired but guess what??? Only two more days of work! Andrea has something special planned with my kids because they all left my room today and came back smiling and whispering. God I am going to miss them. Of course this is the year that I have the golden class! Anyway- here are some pictures of my 37 week belly. I swear there is no more room in there for her! She's GOTTA come out soon!

Holy Christmas Shopping!

I went out today and have gotten sooooo much done. I am done with all (well, except Todd) my nieces and nephews and wrapped their presents! Kenyon's parents are all done and his Meems too! We are ALMOST done with Maree and Scott (one more thing to find) and our grab bag presents are done and wrapped too! Kenyon's gifts are all bought as well. That just leaves my mom and Dad-who are next to impossible! Mom is almost done, just Dad is left. I got so much accomplished today! My back is killing me from walking but hey- I am just about done!

37 weeks by the way! Only 3 more left if she waits that long. :)

36 week appointment!

The doctor said I was a fingertip dilated and a bit soft! YEA! At least she didn't say I am all closed up and tight, lol. She told me this little girl did not even drop though. This is not shocking news since I am getting kicked in the ribs everyday. So, the next appointment is on Wednesday at 37 weeks. We'll see how that one goes. :)

Ready or Not....here she comes!

Okay, so we have all of the clothes washed and put away. The bag is packed, camcorder packed too. We have bought many, many, many diapers and wipes. Bottles are put away. I think...I could be wrong, but I think we might be kind of ready for this little girl. I only have one week and two days left of school! Woo-hoo! Here are some pictures of some new items we have received and of course, her little shoes. I also put in some pictures of my belly at 36 weeks (only four more to go!). Excuse the tired eyes and the lack of hip clothes. I don't get much sleep nowadays and my clothes don't fit either. Oh well!

Holy Moly!

Today was the shower at school and I was so overwhelmed with the generosity of the people I work with! It was amazingly decorated, the cake was scrumptious and the gifts were non-stop. I ate and ate and ate until I had to open presents and then that seemed to go on forever! I can't say enough about the people that I work with, they truly have become the family away from the family back East. The were so generous. This little girl is spoiled rotten already and here are the pictures to prove it!

Coming Home Outfit

So....I picked the coming home outfit for our little girl. It is a one piece outfit that is so sweet! We got it in preemie size since she might be little (I am so hoping). We have a bigger outfit from my mom that will be coming with us as well in case she is larger than expected. This outfit is so not me! I thought I wanted something pink and frilly but when I saw this little white and blue outfit, I fell in love with it. Tomorrow is our shower at school so I will post pictures maybe tomorrow night. Big Night Out!
