We went to the doctor's today to find out how little Maeve is doing. She is currently 6 lbs 13 oz. She lost a little bit of weight but that is totally normal! She has a bit of a rash but the doc said that is also normal in newborns too. We asked how to cut her little nails and she gave us some tips on that. Overall, Maeve is healthy and doing wonderfully. We have to go back on Wednesday to make sure that she hasn't lost anymore weight. Since I am breastfeeding, we have no way of knowing how much she is getting. The way she gulps down the milk though, she MUST be getting a lot! Here are some pictures of her today. Enjoy!

I want to just eat her up...she gets more beautiful everytime I see her. Enjoy every moment, it goes so fast.
oh my gosh! She looks like a doll! A little Horrall doll I plan to play with for many hours on end :)
With the fingernails...we used to bite Maya's off! We were gentle of course, but that way you knew you were getting only nail! I know that sounds horrible, but it was the easiest thing and that is what everyone told us!
Maeve is absolutely beautiful!
