38 Week Appointment

So, I had another appointment today and things haven't changed much. The doctor told me that our little girl's heartbeat is very strong. No weight gain for me either...woo-hoo! She anticipates that this little girl will be just over seven pounds or so by the time she arrives. She said she doesn't believe that she would get to be eight pounds even if she were to come late. I asked how she was positioned and the doctor told me that she was head down but still a bit high. Hey, at least she is head down and facing the right direction! I have been having a lot of back pain recently but nothing too excruciating. I get up a lot during the night but now that I am home during the day, I can sleep a bit on and off. Kenyon has been trying to work hard and finish some things up at work so that when the time comes, he will have no worries. The bottles are boiled as are the pacifiers. The Christmas presents are wrapped and under the tree and the others are waiting to be mailed out to family. I would have to say that this is the most prepared I have been in my entire life. I know that once she gets here- she rules the land so I am having as much control as I can now! Anyway, here are some pictures of my 38 week belly. Next appointment is in one week, December 12th. God how time has flown!
