Tradition
It is a family tradition to rock every child in this cradle. Kenyon was rocked in this cradle when he was an infant. GG Meems did the honor and rocked Maeve three times to initiate her into Kenyon's side of the family. This has been done for generations and will someday be done for Maeve's little ones. Here are some pictures from it. Maeve was really eating it up!

Priceless pictures..we too have a special cradle from Scott's side. It was awesome to be able to use it!
How precious are these pics??? I love her with Meems! That is sure a keeper! The cradle is so darn cute. I have one like that too that my Dad made when I was a baby.
