Update:Ouch!
Okay so I went to the doc and she took care of things. I won't go into details because my brother thinks I am being way to open on this page. Let's just say I got medication for it, it burned like hell and now I can't sit again. On the upside though, I now should heal in one week or so and the tear is looking pretty good! So all in all, it was a pretty bad appointment with an okay outcome. Thanks for all your good wishes!

Well you can tell your brother that your coworkers LOVE hearing about your vaginal issues. After all, we've been hearing about it at lunch for the last two years....

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. Sorry I didn't know about this before, as I would have called the doc, made your appointment, called a sub and took you myself!!!
